The palate displays a beautiful acidity up front with green apple & a bright citrus zing. Distinct orange zest flavours also stand out. Partial oak fermentation & maturation on full lees have added another layer with background notes of honeydew melon that leads into a distinct finish featuring stone fruit with slight toasty notes & a lovely, lengthy honeyed finish.
