Description

This Nero D`Avola is medium-body style ,the colour is red deep ruby ,It`s flavours range from cherry to prune , and the aroma is fruity with
persistent oak. The tannin on the palate is rich and smooth with balance of acidity. The grapes come from vineyards located in western Sicily, on display at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level, characterized by medium soils, able to ensure the wine a large structure. The selected grapes and harvested by hand, comes perfectly intact, where it is destemmed and ready for the maceration at a controlled temperature of 20-22 ° for 5 days resulting in racking and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After aging in new French oak barrels for three
months, the wine is aged in the bottle for another 3 months.
